Who Am I? I am known in the SCA as Baroness Alianor bat Asriel or Aliyah. Please call me Aliyah. From 2018-2023 I was the Territorial Baroness of the Barony of North Woods in the Middle Kingdom alongside my husband, Aindle, who was the Baron of North Woods. At the end of our tenure we were made Court Baron/Baroness. If you want to know more about me, check out www.msquaredsquared.com.
Why Kissing Camels? "Two camels couchant respectant conjoined at the lips Or" (Two gold camels in repose, kissing) is the heraldic blazon for my personal badge. It was developed from my SCA persona story and my registered formal heraldry. The whole story can be found at www.msquaredsquared.com in "About Us."
What is the SCA? The SCA is the acronym the Society for Creative Anachronism, a non-profit 501c(3) educational organization that re-creates the best of the Middle Ages. For more information or to find a group near you, check out www.SCA.org.
